A sales tax rate of 9% applies to orders shipped within the state of California only. All other states incurs 0% sales tax.


Letter Parade accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.


Letter Parade ships all orders via USPS First Class Mail, however, USPS has been known to have inconsistent delivery times and may take 4-7 days in transit. Single A2 card purchases will ship in an A6 envelope to keep the cost down. We are working to be able to offer more shipping options with other courier such as UPS and FedEx.

Letter Parade takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping. We partner with Stripe for our payment processing system. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. Orders in as-purchased condition in its original packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.


Each product departs our studio in perfect condition. Should any damage incur during transit, we ask that you include a picture that clearly shows the damaged part of the product. This is so we can improve and repackage our products differently or switch mail carriers. Whatever it takes to avoid the same problem from reoccurring. As for your damaged item, we will replace them with the same product or give you a refund.
